Falco tinnunculus  ~  Kestrel, male, juvenile, West Suffolk, 28/07/2009

This immature male was rescued after being found in a weakened state,

and fed on wild meats before regaining its independence in the wild.

This was a completely wild falcon, not captive or controlled in any way.
